According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, a match between former Women's Champions and Damage CTRL stablemates IYO SKY and Asuka is being planned for the WrestleMania 42 card.
Meltzer also noted that these two wrestlers have been feuding on RAW in recent weeks, making a matchup between SKY and Asuka likely based on the information he received.
As previously reported by WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, 14 matches are being planned for the Show of Shows. However, WWE has not yet officially announced an Asuka vs. IYO SKY match for the event. Currently, 12 matches have been confirmed for the card, which will take place on Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
