Backstage News On Bullet Club Reportedly Coming To An End After NJPW New Year Dash

Following last Monday's NJPW New Year Dash, IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Yota Tsuji announced the merger of the Bullet Club War Dogs and the Unaffiliated into a single group called Unbound Co. This announcement suggests that the Bullet Club may be coming to an end after existing in various promotions since its inception in May 2013.

According to Fightful Select, there was “pushback” from several members of the group who were not expelled, but it is still unclear which specific members voiced their concerns and what this means for the group's future. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

The Bullet Club was founded by Prince Devitt (now known as Finn Bálor in WWE) and has included many top names in the wrestling industry, such as Cody Rhodes, AJ Styles, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, Hangman Page, Jay White, Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa, Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows, Taiji Ishimori, and KENTA, among others. The group has also seen various splinter factions, including Bullet Club Gold (now the Bang Bang Gang) in AEW and, unofficially, the OC in WWE.
