-- Dark matches that were scheduled after last week's WWE Friday Night Smackdown saw significant changes according to a new report by fightfulselect.com.
-- According to the report, WWE originally had scheduled two post-show dark matches, with the first being Sami Zayn vs. Ludwig Kaiser followed by a second World Title triple threat match between Gunther, Jey Uso and Damian Priest. However, adjustments led to a third match technically taking place.
-- All the wrestlers mentioned above did end up working in some fashion but the first change was that Santos Escobar (along with Legado Del Fantasma accompanying him) took on Sami Zayn. The World title main event was then modified to simply Gunther vs. Jey Uso. That match went to a no-contest when Kaiser and Priest got involved. As a result, a third match then took place which saw Priest and Uso beating Imperium. When asked why the changes were made, WWE sources stated that it was to send the fans home happy.
