Backstage News On Finish Of MJF vs. Daniel Garcia Match Being Changed

-- Yesterday's AEW All Out opened up with former AEW World Champion MJF taking on Daniel Garcia. MJF won but Garcia got the last laugh by taking out MJF with a second rope pile driver. That spot may be used by AEW to explain an upcoming absence by MJF.

-- WrestlingPurists' Ibou reports that the original finish to this match was for Garcia to go over clean (with fightfulselect.com also reporting that this idea was discussed), however, Garcia hasn't yet put pen-to-paper on a new AEW contract so the decision was made to have MJF win. The angle at the end with the pile driver will likely be used for storyline purposes as MJF is expected to be absent while filming a movie.
