TNA Wrestling veteran Killer Kelly recently confirmed via her Twitter (X) account that she is no longer with the promotion. She left TNA after her contract expired but emphasized that she is not finished with professional wrestling and will be returning to TV soon.
Kelly mentioned that she was offered a contract extension by TNA; however, she chose not to re-sign. She spoke positively about her experience in the company, thanking former TNA executives Scott D’Amore and Gail Kim, as well as current executives Tommy Dreamer, John E. Bravo, and Ingrid Isley.
According to Fightful Select, the extension offered to Kelly was short-term, and TNA's practice of providing short-term extensions to talents is becoming standard. The report also noted that Kelly attended the January 14 episode of AEW Dynamite to support her fiancé, Myron Reed, who recently joined the company. Members of the AEW roster have reportedly expressed their support for Kelly joining AEW, though it remains unclear whether management has had discussions with her about signing.
Before joining TNA Wrestling (formerly known as iMPACT Wrestling), Kelly wrestled for WWE NXT UK from 2018 to early 2020. She made her TNA debut in November 2020 and became a regular performer in 2022. During her time with TNA, she won the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship twice, both times teaming with former TNA star Masha Slamovich.
