According to Fightful Select, New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) has been reducing the number of events it holds in the U.S. due to declining attendance and several roster members expressing reluctance to travel overseas.
This year, NJPW has only held three events in the U.S., while last year, it hosted just six shows, not including those it co-promoted. These numbers have decreased from the eight events NJPW held in the U.S. in 2023. The most recent show took place at Battle in the Valley in Ontario, California, last May.
