Boxing Legend Ricky Hatton Passes Away At The Age Of 46

According to TMZ.com, boxing legend and guest host of an episode of WWE Monday Night RAW in the late 2000s, Ricky "The Hitman" Hatton, has passed away at the age of 46. Reports indicate that Hatton was found unresponsive in his home in Manchester, England, although police have stated that his death is not being treated as suspicious.

Professional wrestling legend William Regal took to his Twitter (X) account to pay tribute to Hatton by writing, “I’m very saddened to hear of the passing of Ricky Hatton. My deepest condolences to Ricky’s family and friends who we share many. Rest well.”

Ricky Hatton achieved numerous world light-welterweight championships during his legendary boxing career, including the WBA Welterweight Title in 2006. His professional boxing record stands at 45 wins and 3 losses, with 32 of those victories coming by knockout. In addition to his boxing accomplishments, Hatton hosted the November 9, 2009 episode of RAW, where he secured a victory over Chavo Guerrero.
