Dakota Kai is reportedly dealing with an injury.
According to PWInsider's Mike Johnson, Kai has been pulled from the road by WWE and will be absent from the January 27th episode of Raw on Netflix. The report indicates that Kai sustained an injury during her tag team match alongside IYO SKY against Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler. A source mentioned that the injury could be linked to a particularly hard bump she took from a missile dropkick during the match.
Kai and SKY faced Stark & Baszler on the January 20th episode of WWE Raw.
As of now, there’s no word on Kai’s status for the upcoming Women's Royal Rumble match. She had not confirmed her participation as of January 27th.
