-- Dustin Rhodes' contract with AEW was set to expire either at the end of September or early October as previously reported. It appears that has happened but the wrestling legend hasn't necessarily left AEW/ROH as of yet, according to fightfulselect.com.
-- The report notes that Rhodes has not wrestled for either promotion since his deal expired even though he is part of the reigning ROH Tag Team and Six-Man Tag Team Champions. Negotiations between Rhodes and AEW are ongoing but nothing has been finalized or signed as of yet.
-- Meanwhile, even though he is in the twilight of his wrestling career, Rhodes has wrestled in more matches this year than any year since 2020 and could have his busiest year since 2018 depending on his November-December schedule. Along with his wrestling role, Rhodes has long been of assistance to the AEW Women's division.
