Former WWE Women's United States champion is recovering well from an injury that has sidelined her for the last month-and-a-half.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported today that Green is progressing well from the ankle injury she suffered on February 6 and that there is internal optimism that she could be cleared sooner rather than later.
While the report did not state whether that clearance would come before or after WrestleMania with the two-night event still a few weeks away, there appears to at least be a realistic chance that Green could be back in action for the show.
Green has reportedly been adamant to remain involved in storylines while she is sidelined and thus has regularly appeared on both WWE Smackdown on Friday as well as with AAA where she is a former mixed tag team champion with Ethan Page though continues to claim she is still the champion since Page dropped the title with her replacement, La Hiedra.
