As previously reported, injured WWE star Bianca Belair recently shared a video updating fans on her recovery progress as she works to return to the ring after being sidelined since WrestleMania 41.
Belair posted a couple of new videos (one of which is in multiple parts) on her Instagram stories. The first video shows her performing exercises to rehabilitate her finger. The second video was filmed after her therapy session and reveals that her finger stiffens up again after each session, making her feel like she is constantly starting over, which is painful each time.
In her second post, Bianca Belair wrote, “Most days after therapy this is what happens. My finger just stiffens back up. It feels like I’m constantly starting over and every time it’s painful. Every hour I’m trying to move it so eventually it won’t be this way. Also, trying to keep scar tissue from forming again.”
Belair has been out of action since she suffered the injury during her match against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY for the title at last year’s WrestleMania in Las Vegas, Nevada. There are no updates yet on when she might return to the ring, but further information will be provided as it becomes available.
