Liv Morgan Suffers Dislocated Shoulder During Last Night's WWE Raw

WWE superstar Liv Morgan suffered an injury last night on Raw during her match with Kairi Sane, forcing the bout to be stopped.

The injury occurred when Sane attempted to take down Morgan with a leg takedown in what appeared to be an innocent looking move. Morgan went down as one would expect but immediately bailed to the outside with Sane trying to stop her before both she and the referee realized that Morgan had suffered a legitimate injury. Liv immediately grabbed her right shoulder on the outside as the show cut to commercial. When we came back live, commentator Michael Cole shared that Morgan was dealing with a dislocated shoulder; she was helped to the bank by some WWE's medical officials. Ultimately, Sane was given the win.

PWInsider.com reported that Morgan was immediately assessed by company doctors as soon as she got to the backstage area and as of tonight, WWE was waiting to learn how severe the dislocation is as that would determine how long Morgan will be sidelined. If the injury is deemed to be a severe dislocation, she could be out for four months while a lesser severity would see her back sooner.

For those who have floated conspiracy theories that this is a storyline injury as a way to write off Morgan for some more non-wrestling projects, that is not the case as the injury is 100% legit and is being taken as a "freak occurrence" and there is no heat one Sane or anyone else.
