Mick Foley Gives A Health Update, How He Has To Be Careful In His Every Day Life

Mick Foley provides some insight into how he's feeling these days.

The wrestling legend has suffered numerous injuries throughout his career, including being tossed from the top of Hell in a Cell, losing his ear in the ring ropes, and breaking a ton of bones along the way. During a chat with Monopoly Events he not only shed some light onto his overall health, but also touched on the infamous chair shots to the head he took in his Royal Rumble classic with The Rock.

"That was a bad night, I could have been seriously hurt, so I certainly hope no one ever tries anything remotely like that. I was hurting. I mean, cumulatively, you just can’t take a lot of shots like that. So I have to be really careful in my everyday life. I don’t get jolted. I can’t ride rollercoasters anymore, I have an aversion to bright lights. But all things considered, I think I’m doing pretty well."

In a separate interview, Foley revealed a booking idea he had for WWE WrestleMania 41. You can read about that here
