New Report Reveals Total Global Views On Netflix For All WWE Events

According to WrestleNomics, WWE’s main roster premium live events (PLEs) averaged between 1 million views for Night of Champions and up to 3 million for the Royal Rumble. The report noted that WrestleMania 41 achieved 2.4 million views for Night One and 2.8 million views for Night Two. It is important to mention that these numbers represent viewership from January to June. Night of Champions had only a few days of viewership, while the Royal Rumble had about five months of viewership, although most views tend to accumulate right after the event.

For RAW, total viewership numbers varied significantly, ranging from a high of 6.9 million viewers for the first episode to 1.4 million for the June 30th episode. When seven-day viewership was considered, that episode had a total of 2.5 million viewers. SmackDown, which does not include U.S. viewers due to its airing on the USA Network, ranged from 1 million views to 600,000, with most episodes averaging between 800,000 and 900,000 views. Every WWE NXT episode garnered between 100,000 and 200,000 viewers, while NXT PLEs ranged from 500,000 for New Year’s Evil to 200,000 for Battleground.

Additionally, Variety reports that WWE achieved over 280 million hours of viewing time across all events. These figures refer specifically to Netflix views and do not include Peacock viewing for the PLEs or USA Network views for SmackDown or The CW for NXT. The view count is calculated by taking the total hours watched and dividing that by the runtime of the show.
