— According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Samoa Joe is destined to end up on WWE Raw as that was the original plan before Joe was kept off Raw due to an illness. With Finn Balor and the Intercontinental title moving to Smackdown, this pretty much confirms that Joe and the US title will move to Raw in a move likely to be announced on Monday. WWE also seems to be moving in a direction where Joe will work a top program with Braun Strowman.
— Lars Sullivan was originally penciled into be on Raw, but it appears he was moved to Smackdown to keep him on a different brand than Strowman.
