R-Truth is as popular now as he's ever been in his pro wrestling career.
In fact, he is quite clearly more popular now than ever before in WWE, particularly since starting his story line with The Judgment Day faction on Monday Night Raw.
During a recent appearance on The Ringer Wrestling Show for an in-depth interview, R-Truth spoke about being one-half of the current Awesome Truth duo along with The Miz that holds the newly-renamed World Tag-Team Championships for WWE's red brand on Monday nights.
Additionally, the veteran WWE performer spoke about how the crowds have been reacting to him as of late, as well as how he feels The Miz is underrated.

On how WWE crowds have been reacting to him the last several months: "It was surreal y’all, there’s no words that I can even find. I don’t even think they have made a word for the way I felt in that moment … everything I’m hearing this energetic, this electrified crowd that invested in me, IN ME! I’m hearing that, I’m feeling that. There’s no words to express how grateful I was for that."
On The Miz: "The Miz is underrated big time. The Miz is so underestimated, when we talk about being a ring general, Miz is a ring general … a match, telling a story, ring awareness, when proper things should be done, how you’re going to feel, how he is as a husband, a father, a friend and he’s always had my back and supported me."
