Ratings: WWE Smackdown, AEW Rampage Audiences Up; AEW Collision Suffers Slight Drop

AEW WWE

-- Friday's episode of WWE Smackdown averaged 1.53 million viewers, a marginal increase from last week's 1.49 million. It is the best audience for the show - which was the final TV show before Saturday Night's Main Event - since November 22. In the 18-49 demo, Smackdown drew a 0.47 rating, also up a bit from last week (0.44) and tied for the best figure in the demo in over two months, while also leading the nightly cable charts.

-- Friday's episode of AEW Rampage drew its best numbers in almost three months, averaging 279,000 viewers - a nearly 60% increase week-over-week. The show scored a 0.08 rating in the 18-49 demo, a 100% increase from last week and the best figure in that category in almost a month. There was no college football game on Friday, which likely helps explain the uptick.

-- Saturday's AEW Collision averaged 246,000 viewers, down just over 10% from the prior week. In the 18-49 demo, the show drew a 0.09 rating, up a healthy 30% week-over-week. Those numbers have to be considered great news given that the show went head-to-head with WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on NBC & on Peacock, as well as the semifinals of the NBA Cup on ABC and college football’s Heisman Trophy Presentation on ESPN.
