NXT TV TAPINGS FROM FULL SAIL (1/30/2019)

Dark Match

- Luke Menzies defeated Sean Maluta

NXT TV Taping Results (Spoilers)

- New NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano opened the tapings with an in-ring promo. The crowd had a bunch of "Johnny Champion" signs. Before he could get going, Tommaso Ciampa made his way to the ramp.
Velveteen Dream then came out and said he got an opportunity at any title he wanted by winning the Worlds Collide tournament. Dream got in Ciampa's face and said “I don't want you,” then made his way to Gargano.
Gargano said that while Dream was in the crowd at TakeOver, he was having another Match of the Year. Gargano left and had a moment standing next to Ciampa on the ramp.

- Jaxson Ryker (w/ The Forgotten Sons) defeated Mansoor Al-Shehail
Ryker picked up a dominant win.

- Drew Gulak defeated Eric Bugenhagen
The crowd loved Bugenhagen here, but Gulak choked him out quick. Gulak asked for more competition after the match -- and his challenge was answered.

- Matt Riddle defeated Drew Gulak
They had a technical match with a lot of mat work early on. Riddle survived everything Gulak had, hit a powerbomb, a knee strike, and locked in the Twister for the win.
Riddle and Gulak shook hands after the match.

- Bugenhagen came back out for an encore of air guitaring that was very over with the crowd. Kayla Braxton even joined in.

- Io Shirai, Kairi Sane & Bianca Belair defeated NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir & Jessamyn Duke
The Horsewomen worked over Sane most of the match to build to a Shirai hot tag where she hit a moonsault to pin Baszler.

- Dominik Dijakovic defeated Shane Thorne
Dijakovic won with Feast Your Eyes.

- Humberto Carrillo and Stacey Ervin Jr. made their way to the ring, but Kassius Ohno then came out to ringside. Ohno said he has a lot of options and he's out of here.
Keith Lee then stepped up and knocked Ohno out, telling Ohno not to let the door hit his ass on the way out. The Street Profits entered for the next match.

- The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) defeated Humberto Carrillo & Stacey Ervin Jr.
Ford hit a super blockbuster on Ervin while Dawkins had him on his shoulders. Following the match, The Street Profits said they want in on the gold and challenged War Raiders.
The Street Profits were interrupted by Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel, Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch, and then War Raiders themselves. War Raiders dared them all to make a move, but Undisputed Era then jumped War Raiders from behind and a brawl broke out.

- Aliyah defeated Taynara Conti
Vanessa Borne came out to ringside during the match. The Horsewomen attacked Aliyah, Conti, and Borne after the match before Baszler took the mic and said this is a reminder not to piss them off.

- Ricochet defeated Adam Cole
This was a hard-fought match that got plenty of time. Ricochet hit the Cradle Shock to win. Undisputed Era then ran in to beat down Ricochet. Aleister Black attempted to make the save, but it wasn't enough.

- Punishment Martinez defeated Riddick Moss
Martinez got new music for his reintroduction.

- Keith Lee defeated Kassius Ohno
Lee, who also debuted new music that he sings himself, won with the Spirit Bomb. The crowd sang the goodbye song to Ohno after his threat to leave earlier.

- Aleister Black defeated Roderick Strong
Black got the victory with Black Mass after Strong had worked him over using various backbreakers. Undisputed Era ran in, but Ricochet helped Black clear them out.

- Mia Yim defeated Xia Li
Yim won with Protect Ya Neck before being attacked by the Horsewomen. Jessie Elaban, Lacey Lane, and MJ Jenkins tried to make the save but were no match for them.

- Velveteen Dream defeated Johnny Gargano to win the NXT North American Championship
This match caught fire after a while. Multiple Dream Valley Drivers and the Purple Rainmaker got Dream the win.

After Velveteen Dream celebrated his victory, Gargano came back and tapped Dream with the Gargano Escape. He took the title with him as if he won it back, potentially indicating that another finish was taped. Gargano and Ciampa closed the show by holding the North American and NXT titles on the stage like they did at TakeOver: Phoenix.
