TNA iMPACT On AMC Viewership And Rating Report For Last Thursday Night

WrestleNomics reports that the debut episode of TNA iMPACT on AMC, which aired this past Thursday night, attracted an average of 173,000 viewers and achieved a rating of 0.04 in the key 18-49 demographic.

TNA iMPACT has not had consistent viewership numbers for a year and a half. Even during that time, the available data was sporadic throughout 2024. The lack of regular ratings is due to Nielsen’s daily report of the top 150 cable originals, which TNA iMPACT did not consistently make during its run on AXS TV. For example, the September 12, 2024, episode of iMPACT recorded a rating of 0.01 in the 18-49 demographic and gathered 74,000 viewers.

The last time regular ratings were reported for iMPACT was at the beginning of 2024. In January of that year, the show averaged a rating of 0.015 in the key 18-49 demographic with 87,000 viewers. In contrast, during January 2023, the average rating in the same demographic was also 0.015, but viewership was slightly higher at 98,000. Therefore, the AMC numbers represent a significant improvement over those earlier figures, as anticipated.

The episode was headlined by Frankie Kazarian defending the TNA World Title against the new TNA World Champion, Mike Santana.
