Top WWE Star Offered A Role In The “Queen Of The Ring” Movie

According to Fightful Select, top WWE star Liv Morgan was offered a role in the movie "Queen of the Ring," which tells the story of women’s wrestling legend Mildred Burke. The film, released in March, starred Emily Bett Rickards as Burke. The report also mentioned that, similar to Charlotte Flair, WWE prevented Morgan from accepting the role.

Details about the specific role Morgan was offered or the reasons behind WWE's decision remain unclear. Charlotte Flair was originally cast as June Byers but was also pulled from the film, with AEW star Kamille stepping in to take her place.

Morgan, who completed filming her role in "Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo" in May, made her return from injury during Saturday's WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. She played a part in helping Dominik Mysterio reclaim the WWE Intercontinental Championship from John Cena at the event.
