Former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon previously registered a company called “14TH & I” under a Holdings, Investment, and Management LLC last year.
According to Fightful.com, McMahon applied to trademark a logo for his new company with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This application falls under classifications related to private equity fund investment services, financial portfolio management, and entertainment production.
The trademarks were officially filed on August 23, 2024. McMahon's new company, “14TH & I,” is described as a private investment firm focused on the sports, media, and entertainment sectors. The firm targets both majority buyouts and selective minority investments, aiming to serve as a long-term strategic partner. The name “14TH & I” references the historic location of the Capitol Wrestling Corporation’s headquarters, which was once led by McMahon’s father, Vincent J. McMahon. This headquarters was located at the intersection of 14th and I Streets in Washington, D.C.
