Winners For Season One "WWE LFG" Announced; Details On Season Two Revealed

On last night's episode of WWE LFG on A&E, the inaugural winners from season one were crowned.

Tyra Mae Steele and Jasper Troy were announced as the winners of the reality competition and as such, were billed to have been signed to NXT contracts though the reality is that all the competitors are under WWE deals and are training at the Performance Center.

Steele was on Undertaker's team and was picked over Zena Sterling, who was on Team Bubba Ray Dudley. Hill, who was on Booker T’s team, was chosen over Team Undertaker’s Shiloh Hill. Due to the success of his team, Undertaker was crowned the first-ever WWE LFG Champion as two of his rookies made it to the final round.

WWE and A&E have already announced season two of the series and it will start on June 22 at 10 PM ET. The Undertaker, Booker T and Bubba Ray Dudley will reprise their roles as coaches but Michelle McCool will be on board, replacing Mickie James. Shawn Michaels will also be featured as WWE Senior VP of Talent Development Creative. AEW wrote the following synopsis of season two:
