WWE could soon be working with legendary NFL quarterback and future Hall-of-Famer Tom Brady.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported yesterday that various departments within WWE have recently been working on logos, specialty merchandise and branding as it related to Brady, specifically with the terms "T-Bone" and "The Untouchable Tom Brady."
The report adds that WWE and Brady's representatives engaged in informal discussions last year once the company locked down Las Vegas as the destination for WrestleMania 42. Brady is a part owner of the NFL Las Vegas Raiders and has a stake in Fanatics which produces WWE merchandise.
Interestingly, Brady and Logan Paul have been exchanging jabs at each other on social media recently in a pre-planned "war of words" but sources indicate that if Brady appears at WrestleMania 42 or any future event, it would not be in a wrestling capacity but simply in an appearance. Brady's former teammate, Rob Gronkowski, has appeared at WWE events in the past and also seems to be slowly working his way into the online jabs with Paul.
