WWE Has Made Weather Related Contingency Plans For Upcoming Events

A series of weather events is set to slam the North American northeast region over the next 1-2 days and it has the potential to affect WWE's upcoming shows in Canada, notably Monday's Raw in Toronto.

WWE is in Montreal tonight for Saturday Night's Main Event after having held Smackdown there last night. Monday's Raw will air from Toronto before the crew packs up and heads to Saudi Arabia for Royal Rumble next weekend.

Fightful Select reports that WWE has taken precautions to plan around the weather events as a rep confirmed that the company has squared up options along with "backup options" and "backup backup options" in order to travel and make it to the events this week and next. In other words, WWE clearly has a contingency plan in place in case the weather wreaks havoc with travel.

For what it's worth, following tonight's Saturday Night's Main Event, a number of talent are immediately heading to Toronto overnight even though the two cities aren't that far apart.
