Below are injury updates on a couple of WWE stars heading into WWE WrestleMania 42:
- Liv Morgan, who suffered a head injury after being smashed into stablemate Roxanne Perez, looks to be on track to wrestle at WrestleMania. Appearing on ESPN's First Take, Morgan noted that she's doing well and in much better shape than she actually looks. Morgan spoke of getting revenge on Stephanie Vaquer, which would seem to strongly imply that she will be cleared to wrestle, if she hasn't already been.
- Santos Escobar, who underwent triceps surgery last month, suffered a setback and had to undergo a second procedure on his arm. Escobar popped up on social media to explain that there were complications involving the ulnar nerve and was affected during the first surgery, requiring a second operation to correct it. He will not be present during any WWE activities during WrestleMania week. He suffered the injury on March 14 in a fatal four-way match that also included El Grande Americano, the original El Grande Americano and La Parka. There is no timetable for his return, but expect him to be out until at least the second half of 2026.
