WWE No Longer Allowing Wrestlers Who Have Left Company to Sign Autographs Using Trademarked Names

-- A recent change in newer WWE contracts is verbiage around autograph signings once the talent has left the company, reports the Observer Newsletter. While wrestlers are obviously not allowed to use their WWE trademarked name or moniker for any other events or appearances, there is now dialogue that states that these talent are also not allowed to sign any memorabilia using their WWE names, even after their 90-day non-compete clauses expire. As an example, if Braun Strowman is doing an autograph signing session, he wouldn’t be able to sign anything - photos, action figures, etc. - as “Braun Strowman” but would be able to sign using his real name.
