-- Netflix's special boxing event which featured Jake Paul taking on Mike Tyson was a resounding success from a monetary perspective despite technical glitches and it appears the match and fallout could have a ripple effect on WWE storylines in 2025.
-- Not only was WWE's Logan Paul at ringside for the match and in the ring following it, but Tyson exchanged words with Logan and called him out as a possible future opponent. Earlier this week on his podcast, Logan also asked Jake about the possibility of him joining WWE once his boxing career ended and Jake threw out an idea that he would like to be Logan's manager. It should go without saying that WWE of course has considerable mutual interest in working with Jake.
-- The WrestleVotes account tweeted earlier today confirming that WWE has "notable interest" in a Jake Paul appearance at a future premium live event sometime in 2025. Jake has only appeared on WWE TV in a meaningful role once before at Crown Jewel 2022 when he come out to aid his brother against Roman Reigns and The Bloodline.
Sources indicate WWE has notable interest in a Jake Paul appearance at a PLE sometime in 2025. It’s worth noting that WWE Superstar Logan Paul and Mike Tyson exchanged words at the conclusion of last Friday night’s fight on Netflix. Time will tell where all this goes.
