WWE legend John Cena is scheduled for his final in-ring wrestling match this weekend at Saturday Night's Main Event and it sounds like he will have no time constraints to tell his story.
According to Bryan Alvarez of f4wonline.com, Cena's match against Gunther is scheduled to serve as the opening match of the show and with no set runtime or time limit for the event, Cena is expected to get "as much time as he wants" whether that be pre- or post-match festivities or the match itself. For what it's worth, there is expected to be a lot of post-match activity.
With Saturday Night's Main Event streaming on Peacock in the domestic (United States) market and on YouTube internationally, there is no hard out at 10 PM ET that the show faced when airing on linear TV (NBC). In an earlier iteration of Saturday Night's Main Event this summer, NBC abruptly ended the show befor Goldberg was able to complete his post-match retirement speech, which ended up drawing significant criticism.
