Even with WrestleMania 42 around the corner, WWE has begun a major shakeup of their creative writing team.
BodySlam+ reports that Brian "Road Dogg" James has left WWE. He served as one of the lead writers of Smackdown over the past year and had been with WWE for a long time before that, including as a wrestler.
PWInsider reported that James wasn't fired or released, but that he rather made the decision to leave his position within the company on his own accord.
