- Rey Mysterio defeated The Edgeheads in a handicap match via DQ when the Edgeheads brought in a chair to try and soften up Mysterio for the Rumble match with Edge. Mysterio dropkicked the chair into Ryder's face.
- Jimmy Wang Yang defeated Domino with a moonsault.
- Jamie Noble, Chuck Palumbo & Michelle McCool vs. The Miz, John Morrison & Layla saw Palumbo and Noble arguing before Michelle showed up to tell them it was time to wrestling. They did a big injury angle where Palumbo shoved Noble, and Noble fell into McCool, knocking her off the apron. They put her on a stretcher, and Palumbo freaked out and started beating Noble on the floor. Michelle got off the stretcher to stop him, and Palumbo knocked her down (accidentally, I guess).
- MVP and Ric Flair had an encore of last week's verbal jousting.
- Finlay defeated Great Khali in a Belfast Brawl by knocking him out at ringside. Vince McMahon confronted Hornswoggle backstage and they did some Rumble hype.
- Batista did a in-ring promo saying he would win the Royal Rumble.
- The Undertaker defeated Big Daddy V. Mark Henry ran out at the end.
- World Champion Edge defeated CM Punk. Rey Mysterio was at ringside doing commentary.
- In a dark match main event, Batista, Rey Mysterio & CM Punk defeated Edge & Edgeheads.
