Vaughan Today is featuring a new interview with former WWE diva Trish Stratus.
Trish's new Stratusphere yoga studio opened this week and the buzz is undeniable. “The response has been fantastic. I just want to spread the word about yoga.”
A back injury forced her to leave wrestling back in 2005. After growing frustrated with the slow pace of traditional physical therapy, the former WWE women’s champion decided to try yoga. “As soon as I started doing the yoga, I could feel that I was getting better. I could just feel a difference. No back pain since. Knock on wood. Nothing has come back.”
Not only is Trish the owner of the new yoga studio - she is currently working on her Ashtanga yoga instructor certification so she can be hands on with the students. Trish says “I’m sure I’ll be here quite a lot. The only thing taking me away is my new travel show — I may be out in Dubai or Bali. I was paragliding in the Himalayas last week.” The travel show (also called Stratusphere) debuts on Discovery HD and the Travel Channel this summer.
