-- The family of John Graziano will have their day in court next March in a civil suit they've filed against Hulk and Linda Hogan. The suit stems from the August 2007 accident where Nick Hogan, a minor at the time, wrecked his car while racing and left his passenger, John Graziano, in a permanent vegitative state. Because Nick was a minor at the time, the Grazianos are legally entitled to go after Nick's guardians at the time, Hulk and Linda Hogan. TampaBay.com reports that Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge W. Douglas Baird has cleared 3 weeks in March 2010 to preside over the civil trial.
-- Speaking of Nick Hogan, he was spotted at the Formula Drift car race in Long Beach, California over the weekend. TMZ.com posted a picture of Nick at the race with the caption, "We're sure John Graziano would be thrilled that Nick may be learning how to drag race more effectively -- except John is in a permanent vegetative state, thanks to Nicky boy."
-- Mediaweek.com has a story looking at WrestleMania XXV and what a tremendous success it was for WWE financially.
