Cold open.
John Cena comes out and heads to the ring to address the fans.
Cena:Man, he missed them. One week off felt like a year, but it feels good to be in the ring here tonight. It was only when he spent a week outside of the ring to know what's going on in the WWE. Apparently the tag champs have anger issues. Antonio Cesaro dumps his girlfriend, wins the US title, and speaks seven languages, but the only thing he noticed was that Cesaro has huge nipples. The divas have gone crazy. Vince McMahon is here tonight! Arnold Schwarzenegger is tweeting live about the show, and he's opening, but he still doesn't have a voice of his own. As long as this place is...
The crowd gets really loud. Awesome crowd!
Cena: He feels sorry for them because they don't have a voice either. Who stole the voice? CM Punk. Once the voice of the voiceless he is now the voice of the selfish.
CM Punk chants.
Cena: Every day that he holds that championship, Punk garners respect, and the choice for opponent at Hell in a Cell is nobody but his. He just wants to say that if Punk is the best in the world, what does it matter if nobody wants to watch? People remember his great moments, and he believes that John Cena vs. CM Punk in Hell in a Cell will be on of those moments. It's a loud crowd tonight which makes him feel good to be on Raw. He doesn't know if the champ can be swayed, but they should let him know how they feel. With one arm, or one leg, or one anything he will be at Hell in a Cell because it's what he was born to do. Punk, don't be a punk. Be a man and face him at Hell in a Cell. Define his legacy and face him! Thanks everyone.
John Cena leaves the ring. Ryback comes out and heads to the ring for a match.
A clip is played of last week when CM Punk insulted Jim Ross during his appreciation night. Ryback came out and defended Ross while Punk retreated with Heyman.

Vince McMahon appears on the tron.
Vince: Stop the music! It's time for them to leave the ring because it's time for his "state of the WWE" address!
Clay and Truth leave the ring together.
[Commercial]
Justin Roberts announces Mr. McMahon.
Vince comes out and struts his way down to the ring.
Vince: The state of the WWE. We just saw two grown men and two lovely ladies dancing with an imaginary little child. That's the state of the WWE. But there's room for that here. Here's also room for Leprechauns, goat-faced vegans, Monsters, and more. What they have is action, drama, pathos, humor. You name it, they've got it. But the most important is action. Seeing the world's greatest athletes compete. They want to see the best against the best.
WWE Champion CM Punk comes out and heads to the ring with Paul Heyman.
Vince: First of all, that's an ugly t-shirt. Secondly, he's giving the state of the WWE address, and he comes out and disrespects him.
Punk: Disrespect? Oh, he's stepping on his toes? He'll talk about disrespect. Disrespect is him talking about champions rising to the occasion and being the best without mentioning him. It was a shot at him because he won't step inside the ring with Cena at Hell in a Cell. Which is hilarious because it was the GM he put in charge, AJ Lee, who gave Punk the choice of who to face. He gave Cena shot after shot after shot and Cena couldn't do it. Even in his own hometown he walked away champion. And still these people boo and disrespect him. And then there's the "ironic" one who chant his name as if he needs any help. The people here don't respect him, but the question is, Vince...do you respect him?
Vince: Well, he respects the fact that he's been champion for 323 days, that's outstanding. He doesn't respect the fact that he says he's a "Paul Heyman guy". In all honesty, he's not a CM Punk guy.
Punk: He knows that. He's glad he could say that to his face in front of the world. But he should be a CM Punk guy. He's the best in the world! He's the WWE Champion. A year and a half ago he said he was a spoke on the wheel, but now he IS the wheel. He's not only the best thing he ever had in his company, he's the best thing going right now and he dares disrespect him? He should be kissing his feet. He should be on his knees right now. He should be appreciating him. They have Jim Ross appreciation night, but where's CM Punk appreciation night? Maybe if he doesn't get the respect he deserves, he'll do what he did last year? He'll hop over the fence and walk away from this company.
Vince: So what he's saying is that he's the reason for their success? He's indispensable?
Punk: That's exactly right. He's the BEST IN THE WORLD! If not him, who? Who makes this the billion dollar corporation that it is? Him?
Vince: It's not him, or Punk, or any one individual. It's the WWE Universe. You have to listen to them. He does every day when they Tweet and Tout. They're all saying that somebody needs to shut Punk's mouth! Yet he dares call himself one of the greats? He's nowhere near the caliber of Andre The Giant, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Stone Cold-
Punk: WOAH! How did he? How dare Vince? He's nothing like Steve Austin because he made it through hard work. Austin make it through taking shortcuts and backing off. What made Austin famous was beating up an inept millionaire. It's a good thing he did because that millionaire has become more inept and clueless. And now he's a senior citizen. Is he mad? Does that upset him? Is he under his skin right now? Because now he knows how he feels when the people slap him in the face like they do. It's a slap in his face when he treats him the way he does. And he's been slapping him in the face for years.
Punk slaps Vince. Vince falls to the mat.
Punk: And now that's a slap in his face.
Punk leaves the ring and holds up his title. Vince gets up and grabs the microphone.
Vince: He oughta fire him, but firing is too good for him. But he WILL fire him if he doesn't fight him in this ring tonight! By the time this night is over Punk's going to learn something about respect!
Punk blows Vince a kiss and leaves. Heyman tells him not to do it. He tells Heyman that this is awesome. Trust him. Everything is going to be fine.

Heyman: Then what? Then they're gonna have this obsessive billionaire spend 365 days a year trying to make their lives miserable.

Ross: He'll give him all he's got.
Vince: He's sorta an impatient man. He wonders if he'll give it to him now.
Ross: Now?

The greatest day of all days, his birthday. And he thinks it's time for him and his wife to lead the entire audience in singing happy birthday to him!

Because he DOES look like an owl, but he's incredibly attractive? She's Larry King's wife, right? Wouldn't she be more interested in a man who is so handsome?
She says she doesn't make a habit of being with trolls who sleep under bridges.
Larry: Here's what he should do. Accept it. He doesn't care that people think he's an owl. He KNOWS he's not an owl.
Kane walks over to them.
Kane: Yes Daniel, they are talking about him. They're talking about how he carried his goat face ever since he became the tag team champion.
