Rey Mysterio was at WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut on April 30th to discuss a new contract with the company.
It's being said that he was offered a deal to be somewhat of an ambassador for the company, particularly in Spanish language markets, as well as wrestling part time.
The best way to describe Mysterio's status right now is that everything is still up in the air. It's worth noting, however, that Vince McMahon does want him to re-sign.
