Update On MVP's Knee Injury & His Status For Slammiversary

Next weekend's TNA Slammiversary main event remains in jeopardy due to MVP suffering a knee injury at an overseas live event for Preston City Wrestling on 5/30.

MVP, who is still scheduled to challenge Eric Young for the TNA World Championship, appeared at a show on May 31st and cut a promo apologizing to fans that he couldn’t compete. MVP said x-rays on his knee were inconclusive and he will need to undergo an MRI.
