Greetings. What did you think of Survivor Series? I personally enjoyed the Last Man Standing, WWE Title and Main Event matches and think they all delivered. The GM match was funny with Teddy Long throwing some shapes in the ring and apart from Vinnie Macs racist outburst the event gets a thumbs up from me. Here's what went down on Heat before Survivor Series last night from the Joe Louis Arena, Detroit that's also currently showing over at WWE.Com.

Simon Dean vs Juventud w/Mexicools (Non-Title)
Simon enters on his Dean machine and cuts a promo. Simon introduces himself then says that the holidays are supposed to be a time for giving but in Detroit it's time for taking...that is a second, third and even a fourth helping of Thanksgiving dinner. Simon asks if they widen the doors of the Joe Louis Arena to get the people in the building. Simon says if the people spent their money more wisely and purchased the Simon System then the Motor City could have a chassis just like his Yeeeeeaaahhhh. Simon goes to continue but is interrupted by the Mexicools on their lawnmowers and we get underway. Juventud begins with an armdrag and armwringer, Simon grabs the hair then sends Juventud off the ropes. Juventud boots Simon then leapfrogs over him but Simon yanks Juventud down by the hair and turns to the referee prompting Juventud to nip up and do the same to Simon. After getting knocked down a couple of times Simon goes to the corner, Juventud attempts a monkey flip but Simon sends him to the mat and punishes him with knees. Simon with a backbreaker off the ropes drops an elbow and gets a one count. Simon with boots then rams Juventud into the corner where Simon stomps a mudhole and lands a back kick. Juventud fights back, Simon goes for a slam but Juventud slips into a go-behind. Simon elbows and sends Juventud off the ropes, Simon catches a Juventud duck underneath and delivers the curbstomp for a nearfall. Simon applies a double underhook resthold on the mat, Juventud fights free, comes off the ropes goes up and over Simon and lands a hurricanrana. Juventud with punches follows up with a high elbow off the ropes and a clothesline. Simon off the ropes goes for a sunset flip but Juventud rolls through and lands a kick to the head for a nearfall. Simon rakes Juventud's face and goes for his gym bag but Psicosis grabs it and the Mexicools distract Simon by tossing it to one another. Simon turns round and is met by a Juventud boot then the Juvi Driver for the 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: JUVENTUD.

That's all for this week folks. Enjoy your week. I'll be back next weekend with Heat and Velocity. Later, Shaun.
