Former WWE Superstar turned UFC hopeful CM Punk, who has been training at Roufusport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in preparation for his upcoming UFC debut has gotten so good at some of his jiu-jitsu skills that he’s now sharing demonstrations of some of his favorite submission techniques online.
In a video published on social media, Punk walks us through one of his favorite submission techniques.
In the video, Punk works with his jiu-jitsu coach Daniel Wanderlay at Roufusport to teach “one of his favorite moves on the ground.”
