Judge Christopher Droney denied Brock Lesnar's attempts to prevent WWE from deposing his primary attorney David Bradley Olsen this past week on 2/8.
WWE will get to depose Olsen and argue their case before Droney decides whether the case will be going to trial or a Summary Judgment will be issued to the former WWE champion.
