For those wondering the whereabouts of Momma Benjamin (real name Thea Vidale), she is scheduled to perform at Caroline’s Comedy Club in New York City on April 26-28th and 30th. It will certainly be interesting to see if WWE plans to bring Momma back to television, or if they will continue Shelton’s new arrogant persona.
WWE has announced that they will be holding two Supershows to tape RAW and SmackDown. One is scheduled to take place on July 3rd in Philadelphia, PA and the other on July 31st at the Continental Airlines Arena in New Jersey. The July 31st date is significant because WWE was in talks with officials at Madison Square Garden to return there for a Supershow, however, with the Continental Airlines Arena just minutes away, it looks as if WWE won’t be returning to MSG anytime soon. The last Supershow at Madison Square Garden was held on April 18, 2005.
