Former WWWF Tag-Team Champion Dan Miller Passes Away At Age 84

Dan Miller, a 30-year veteran of the pro wrestling business, passed away on Monday morning just one day after his 84th birthday.

Miller was the younger brother of the legendary Big Bill Miller, whom he teamed with for years, including a run in 1965 where the two became the WWWF Tag-Team Champions by defeating Gorilla Monsoon and Bill Watts.

The WWWF Tag-Team Titles were the forerunner of what is known today as the WWE Tag-Team Titles. He also held tag-team titles in pro wrestling promotions with partners such as Ron Etcihison, Whipper Billy Watson, Nick Kozak, Fred Curry, Jose Lothario and Fritz Von Erich.
