- On Sunday morning, WWE announced via social media that the first match in the announced "Best Of 7 Series" between Cesaro and Sheamus has been moved from the pay-per-view to the Kickoff Show for tonight's WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view. Below is the tweet WWE issued to announce the late change to tonight's lineup.

- Triple H posted the following on his official Twitter page regarding Bobby Roode's NXT TakeOver debut at the NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn II live special on the WWE Network. Roode defeated Andrade "Cien" Almas at the show, which emanated from the Barclays Center. Roode's response to Triple H's tweet can be seen below as well.
