As noted, Alberto Del Rio reportedly has an out-clause in his contract with WWE and could be on his way out of the company in September.
According to Dave Meltzer, who spoke about the topic on the most recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE has pulled him from all upcoming dates he was advertised for with the company.
Del Rio was suspended by WWE back on August 17th for violating the company's Wellness Policy, one day before reports surfaced regarding his girlfriend Paige's Wellness Policy violation.
Until WWE announces anything official, both Del Rio and Paige are serving their mandatory 30-day suspensions.
