Paige On Suspension: "Same Sh*t Different Day, Rules Don't Apply To Everyone"

As noted, WWE announced today that they have suspended Paige (Saraya-Jade Bevis) for 60 days for her second violation of the company's Wellness Policy.

"WWE has suspended Saraya-Jade Bevis (Paige) for 60 days effective immediately, for her second violation of the company’s talent wellness policy," wrote WWE in a statement released on their official website on Monday.

Shortly after the news went public via WWE's statement, the WWE Superstar and Total Divas cast-member took to social media to vent her frustration regarding her second suspension for a WWE Wellness Policy violation.

As Paige explained in a tweet posted on her official Twitter page on Monday, she had a legitimate prescription and a doctors note for the medication she took that resulted in her testing positive for a prohibited substance, yet it wasn't enough for WWE.

"Same sh*t different day," wrote Paige in the first of four tweets acknowledging her WWE suspension and Wellness Policy violation. "Kids ... please don't get prescriptions or doctors notes. Not acceptable."

In a separate tweet, Paige wrote a controversial one-liner saying, "Rules apply depending on your status." This seems to be alluding to WWE giving special privileges to certain talents depending on who they are.

In other words, she appears to be pointing out the hypocrisy within WWE regarding the way they handle certain Wellness Policy violations depending on who the talent is -- I.E. -- bigger stars, such as Randy Orton for example, has reportedly had multiple violations swept under the rug to avoid hitting the limit of three violations before WWE's policy states that a talent must be released.

In addition to the above quotes from Paige's Twitter page, she also responded to tweets from WWE Hall Of Famer Scott Hall (Razor Ramon) and former TNA Knockout Velvet Sky that dealt with the subject. You can check out all of Paige's tweets regarding her second WWE Wellness Policy violation below.
