- Samoa Joe and Luke Harper are both not scheduled for any matches at WrestleMania despite being key characters on their respective brands. The expectation is that Joe will likely be involved in the Seth Rollins vs. Triple H match as WWE is planning a Rollins vs. Joe storyline - either in singles or tag team - after WrestleMania. Harper, on the other hand, could possibly make his presence felt in the Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton title match.
- Kairi Hojo is signed to a WWE contract but is still getting pushed in Japan and there is no official start date for her in WWE as of this time. Io Shirai, on the the other hand, has not said one way or another whether she will sign with WWE or stay with Stardom.
