We have footage from Sunday night’s ECW One Night Stand pay per view that aired on Raw last night including footage of Rob Van Dam winning the ECW title as well as the post-match celebration. We also hear Paul Heyman’s comments from Raw as well as footage of Cena attacking Edge as well as Justin Credible, Stevie Richards, and Balls Mahoney. Cena says that he will be at ECW.
We are live on tape from Trenton, New Jersey and your announcers are Taz and Joey ‘Tromaville’ Styles.
Paul Heyman walks out to the ring with a bag and he gets on the mic. It is his honor and privilege to introduce Rob Van Dam. Van Dam comes to the ring with the spinner belt. Van Dam thanks everyone and reminds everyone about what he did at One Night Stand when he defeated John Cena to win the WWE title. Rob mentions that John Cena said that he would be here tonight and Rob hopes that he comes to help celebrate tonight. Rob is excited to be the new champion of the new ECW. Paul says that while Rob beat John Cena for the WWE title, he has something that Rob would some day hold. Paul gives Rob the new ECW World Heavyweight Championship. Rob says that he could not think of a greater honor in his career. Paul asks Rob what he is going to do with the spinner belt; and Rob says that he will keep it too. Rob says that he will wear the ECW title belt proudly; and then he points out that the other belt spins.
Edge comes out with Lita and they go to the ring to join Paul and Rob. Edge thanks Paul for personally inviting them and then he tells Rob that no matter what he thinks of ECW, he respects Rob. Both men won the Money in the Bank and cashed it in and won the title. They broke the glass ceiling because of their abilities. He is looking forward to tearing the house down at Vengeance. Edge spears Van Dam and then he mocks Van Dam.
Edge and Lita leave the ring and go through the crowd, but they back up into John Cena. Cena attacks Edge and they fight to the announce position. Van Dam joins in the attack on Edge but Cena pulls Van Dam off. Van Dam pulls Cena off and then they stare each other down. Edge with a low blow to Van Dam and then he leaves with Lita. Cena punches Heyman and he leaves through the crowd. The members of the ECW locker room come out to check on Heyman as we go to commercial.
We are back and Paul Heyman is in the back and he wonders why Edge would screw up the celebration and why would Cena ruin things. If that is how Raw wants to play with ECW, they will bring ECW to Monday Night Raw. Paul will be at Raw and he will be bringing ECW.
The Zombie gets on the mic and he grunts before his opponent comes out. Sandman drinks some beer as he comes to the ring.
Match Number One: The Zombie versus Sandman
Sandman hits the Zombie with the Singapore cane numerous times followed by the White Russian leg sweep for the three count.
Winner: Sandman
After the match, Sandman drinks some more beer and then he hits the Zombie with the cane a few more times and then he canes the Zombie as they go to the back.
Kelly is in the back and she says that she is an exhibitionist so she is going to take off all of her clothes for the fans tonight. We go to commercial.
We are back with a look back at Taz’s victory over Jerry Lawler and Taz jokes that he felt bad for Lawler.
We see photos of Kurt Angle defeating photos of Randy Orton on Sunday night at One Night Stand with the ankle lock.
Match Number Two: Kurt Angle versus Justin Credible
Angle with a double leg take down and then he works on Credible’s neck with crossfaces and then he works on Credible’s face. Angle ducks a clothesline and hits a German suplex. Angle sends Credible over the top rope to the floor. Credible returns to the ring and he gets a single leg take down and throw. Angle gets on Credible’s back and he slaps Credible in the head. Angle with a hammer lock and Credible gets to the ropes. Angle with a head butt and then he chokes Credible and Credible taps.
Winner: Kurt Angle
Angle gets on the mic after the match and he tells Randy Orton that the rules do not matter because he will do the same thing at Vengeance that he did at One Night Stand. He will make Orton’s ass tap out. Angle says that he is the new face of ECW.
Paul Heyman is in the back and he asks if you want extreme, he will show everyone extreme. Everything planned for tonight is thrown out the window. Paul is going to get ten of the wrestlers for an extreme battle royal. All weapons will be legal and the winner will face John Cena at Vengeance. The fight will move on to Monday Night.
Kelly says that she will be showing all of her assets when we come back. We go to commercial.
We are back and there is a vampire outside the arena.
Joey Styles talks about Edge’s earlier appearance and we have our first ECW Earlier Tonight Moment of Edge spearing Van Dam. We then have another Earlier Tonight Moment of Edge bumping into Cena in the crowd. Then we see Van Dam get low blowed by Edge and Paul Heyman get punched by John Cena.
Kelly is introduced and she comes out onto a stage and she waves to the fans before she starts to get undressed. She takes off her bra but she covers her ‘assets’ when she turns around.
The participants of the Extreme Battle Royal are Tommy Dreamer, Sabu, Al Snow, Roadkill, Danny Doring, Stevie Richards, Little Guido, Big Guido, Tony Mamaluke, Balls Mahoney, and Big Show
Match Number Three: Extreme Battle Royal
Show gets to the ring and he throws people out of the ring. Sabu fights with Roadkill while Mamaluke and Richards are thrown out. Show with a fallaway slam to Roadkill and Roadkill goes out of the ring. We go to commercial.
We are back and Show is working over Doring while Mamaluke and Big Guido work over Sabu. Dreamer hits Show with a sign but Show chops Dreamer for doing that. Mamaluke hits Show with a trash can lid. Balls hits Show with a stop sign but Show punches Mahoney and Balls does down. Outside the ring, Sabu sets up a table. Doring, Roadkill, Little Guido, and Mamaluke work over Show with signs and then Mahoney hits Show with a chair. Show stops Snow from using head on him and Show eliminates Snow. Danny Doring is the next man to leave the ring thanks to Big Show. Show head butts Richards and then he tosses Richards to the floor. Show eliminates Roadkill next. Show with a cobra clutch choke slam onto the trash can on Mahoney and then Balls is sent over the top to the floor. Dreamer hits Show with a sign and then Dreamer fights the FBI. Sabu with air Sabu but Show catches him and Show drops Sabu onto the apron. Show press slams Dreamer to the floor through a table. Show blocks a drop kick from Little Guido and then he tosses Mamaluke into the air. Show with a choke slam of Little Guido onto Mamaluke. Show eliminates Mamaluke and then Little Guido is next. Show and Big Guido face off and they exchange punches until Show gets the advantage. Show sends Big Guido to the floor but Big Guido holds on to Show and Sabu hits Show with a chair and Show goes to the floor.
Winner: Sabu
Joey and Taz talk about how Paul Heyman will be bring the ECW roster on Monday night to Raw. He tells the Raw roster to look out as we go to credits.
