Advertisments for Unforgiven have begun running in Canada which advertise DX, so one could presume that DX may be here to stay for a few more months.
As expected, RVD has now dropped both of his titles that he carried as of last week. WWE spent most of last night and today trying to figure out how they were going to handle the ECW Title situation and finally decided that it would be best at this time to take that belt off of RVD as well.
The arrest of both he and Sabu has really cast a blackeye on WWE/ECW and come at a really bad time because ECW was pushing both RVD and Sabu as top billing starts on the show. Since WWE is a publically traded company they had to do the right thing at the time and remove the belts from RVD. They didn't make a change to the ECW Preview for tonight until almost 5 hours before the show aired on Sci Fi.
As far as the future of RVD and Sabu, that is still left up in the air at this point and it will be more than interesting to see how this is handled going forward.
