-- With his Hollywood career doing well, one issue could be is that if he signs with WWE, the company then owns your contract and if any projects or opportunities come up, it has to be cleared through WWE making any potential deal more difficult to make.
-- There's also the possibility of doing structuring the deal like Goldberg or Brock Lesnar to work less dates but Bautista has gone on record to say that he would rather work a more regular schedule, noting how much he enjoys working house shows.
