-- Earlier today, suspended WWE star Rich Swann was dismissed of all charges stemming from a domestic incident in which he was charged with false imprisonment/kidnapping and a misdemeanor charge of battery - touching or striking against the victim, Vannarah Riggs - a pro wrestler herself and Swann's wife.
-- According to court documents, the decision to clear him of all charges was as a result of Prosecutors determining that there was "insufficient evidence" to move forward with a strong case.
-- WWE had gone ahead and immediately suspended Swann once he was charged - consistent with their domestic violence policy - and it is expected that because he was not convicted of anything, the company will likely re-instate him in the near future. WWE has yet to make an official comment and when or if they do, we will post it.
