-- If Brock Lesnar does leave WWE for UFC, Paul Heyman's situation with the company becomes uncertain as he would have no purpose to be on TV. WWE could put him with another wrestler, but it's not a given that Heyman wants to work and be on TV every week which is why the situation with Lesnar was a perfect fit for him.
-- There's been talk of pairing Ronda Rousey up with Heyman, but as has been noted before, it remains to be seen if creatively, WWE wants him mixing it up with Stephanie McMahon as that is a situation they have kept him away from in the past.
-- With the Rousey/Stephanie program supposed to be a modern day version of Stone Cold vs. Mr. McMahon, the face is likely going to be getting the better of the heel for much of its duration. Heyman's role giving long promos would not only take the spotlight away from Rousey, but it would make him look "smarter" than the McMahons, which is unlikely to happen.
