Regarding tonight's SummerSlam match between Rey Mysterio and Chavo Guerrero, Vickie Guerrero is expected to turn heel on Rey, although that's pretty much been telegraphed from the start. She will be Chavo Guerrero's manager and appear with him on SmackDown for a few more weeks. Tonight's match at SummerSlam won't be the blow-off match as the feud is expected to continue until the No Mercy PPV on October 8th. The blow-off match will take place at No Mercy as that is scheduled to be Rey's last date before he takes time off for reconstuctive knee surgery. Rey is expected to be out of action for at least six months. It looks like he will be returning just after WrestleMania.
The feud between D-Generation X and The McMahons is not expected to end tonight at SummerSlam. The feud will continue over the next few weeks on RAW after tonight's show. At the moment, it is unknown as to when the feud will end. The feud has been going on since June, and Michaels' feud with Vince McMahon has been going on since the last edition of RAW in 2005.
Chris Masters is out of rehab for his painkiller addiction and he is expected to be back on the road soon. In the meantime, he has been sent to OVW to start a feud with his former tag team partner Brent Albright. Although Masters has lost a great deal of his trademark muscle mass, he will be brought back to RAW very soon anyways.
